Longtime Louisiana Legislator, Ron Gomez, was a strong pillar of our community. With a career spanning across the US Air Force, filmmaking, sports announcing, marketing, advertising, and even broadcasting (including a stint at KVOL, now our sister station 97.7 MeTV FM), Gomez was known to just about everyone. Gomez was also the husband of our own Carol Ross for 46 years.
