Bikes, Brews, and Omelettes Two 2020

Posted by Tanya Ardoin on October 13, 2020 in Blogs, Featured, Latest News

The nonprofit group TRAIL presents Bikes, Brews, and Omelettes Two 2020! Sign up now at www.latrail.org.

Ride down some of the smoothest roads in Acadiana. This two-day cycling adventure starts off Saturday, November 7th at Tante Marie Restaurant in Breaux Bridge. You ride a bike through the Atchafalaya Basin. There are several routes to choose from, something for every cyclist. Ride as little as 20 miles to as much as 100 in one day. Then after the ride, you will enjoy craft beer, food, and music.

Day 2 is Sunday, November 8th, and starts at Bayou Teche Brewery in Arnaudville. This ride explores the beautify countryside of St. Landry Parish. And of course, after the ride, you will enjoy local beer from Bayou Brewery plus food and music.

If you are new to this hobby and do not have a bike, no worries. The TRAIL has bike rental available at low price. Spend the weekend outdoors and make new friends. Plus by participating in this event you are supporting community events.

TRAIL puts the money back into the community by creating places to hike, run, walk, ride, and paddle. You can also support by volunteering. Register as a volunteer online. Volunteers are guaranteed food, drinks, a shirt, and a great time.

Sign up now and ride with us. Early packet pickup will take place at Cafe 20.3 from 1pm to 6pm.
